Summer Lawn Care

It Rained All Winter, But Now  Summer In Clackamas County Is Here

Do you dislike or forget to water your lawn, but don’t have the funds to buy a fancy in-ground sprinkler system? Well, there are many alternatives to spending big bucks. Many home improvement stores offer hose timers, which you hook to your faucet and program to water your lawn/garden for you. Drip hoses can be placed in your garden and they slowly drip water on your plants over time, but you do have to remember to simply turn them on and off. Another alternative is to ditch the lawn altogether and put in some decorative rock and accessorize with low-maintenance plants and shrubs, or a nice water feature.

Happy Gardening! And, as always, check back for further tips to help make your rural Oregon Property a home to be proud of.
